Neha grew a lot as a leader on my team, taking on some big projects with ill-defined requirements, and creating a framework to advance the work in an organized fashion. She is at heart a systems thinker and really enjoys creating these frameworks. This was especially helpful when we created our new design system that has to support over 26 different brands. By leveraging design token references our design system will be easily extensible and we'll be thanking her long after she's gone. We'll definitely miss Neha but I'm sure she'll do great wherever she winds up!
